  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, AI query frequency, and timestamps for analytics and service improvement.
  • AI Tool Data: Documents, contracts, and text you submit to CrestlineAI tools for analysis, drafting, or research. See "AI Data Processing" below.

AI Data Processing

When you use CrestlineAI tools, your documents and queries are processed by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude). We want you to understand:

  • Documents are transmitted to AI providers solely for processing your request.
  • We do not use your documents to train AI models.
  • AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal advice.
  • We retain AI usage logs (tool used, timestamps, token counts) for billing and service quality. Document content is not retained after processing.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
  • Anthropic: AI model provider for CrestlineAI tools.
  • Convex: Database and backend services.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel: Website hosting and infrastructure.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries, provide legal services, operate CrestlineAI tools, process payments, send newsletters and updates (with your consent), improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. AI usage metadata is retained for billing purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
